Root
Muladhara
Safety, grounding and belonging in your own body.
From insecurity to feeling rooted and able to take up space.
The Seven Gates is a journey through the seven chakras, the energy centers of the body. Each Gate is paired with a Greek goddess archetype and explored through yoga, sound healing and movement. A space to reconnect with yourself and come home to who you already are.
One class, 60 to 90 minutes. Live online or in person in Belgium.

Who walks through these Gates
That is the only condition. You can be a complete beginner or have practised for twenty years. What matters is that you are here because you want to be.
Where the journey goes
From feeling disconnected from yourself to feeling at home in your own body.
Start here
The first Gate is the Root, represented by Demeter. It explores grounding, safety, belonging, and your right to take up space.
This is where the Seven Gates journey begins. In this first class, you explore the Root through yoga and sound healing.
The practice is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and create a sense of steadiness before moving on to the next Gates.
You don’t need any previous experience, and you don’t need to be flexible. Just come as you are.

Come home to yourself, one Gate at a time.
The method
The Seven Gates brings together five ways of exploring the same journey: through the chakra system, yoga, sound, Greek goddess archetypes, and psychology and neuroscience. Some are experienced through the body, others help give language and meaning to what you notice along the way.
Seven stages, from the ground beneath your feet to something larger. Every Gate has its own practice, its own sound and its own goddess.
Yoga is the bridge between the map and the experience. Through breath and posture, each Gate becomes a way to listen to your body.
Himalayan singing bowls, handmade in Nepal. Each Gate has its own sound, offering another way to experience the practice beyond words.
Also known as Tibetan singing bowls.
Seven archetypes give each Gate a face, a story and a different way of seeing yourself. You may forget the name Manipura, but you may remember Artemis.
Psychology and neuroscience offer another language for understanding parts of the experience, from attention and breathing to emotion and the nervous system. The aim is to translate, not to prove.
The Seven Gates
Each Gate is linked to a chakra and paired with a Greek goddess archetype. The chakra gives each Gate its theme. The goddess helps you explore how that theme can show up in your own life.

Inside a class
Each Gate follows the same four-part structure, while the theme, practices and experience change from one Gate to the next.
A moment to arrive, then an introduction to the Gate, its chakra and its goddess.
Yoga, slow enough for you to feel your own body and notice what is happening within.
You rest while the Himalayan singing bowls bring the tone of that Gate into the practice.
A few quiet moments to notice what stayed with you: a feeling, an insight or a question.

Who holds the space
My path began with psychology and neuroscience, before yoga, sound and dance became part of my work.
When I first encountered the chakra system, I found it intriguing. Then it kept returning, through travel, practice and different experiences, almost like a calling I could not ignore. The Greek goddess archetypes came in a similar way.
Over time, it felt less like I was choosing a direction and more like I was following something that kept asking for my attention.
The Seven Gates grew from that meeting point, bringing together psychology, the chakra system, goddess archetypes, yoga, sound healing and movement. Today, I guide women through that journey by creating a space to explore, feel and reconnect with themselves.

In their own words
Yoga and sound healing with Elena was such a beautiful and unique experience! […] She creates such a warm, peaceful and welcoming atmosphere that you immediately feel comfortable and completely present in the moment.
Her classes felt like a really good balance between being able to relax and at the same time actually learning and understanding more about yoga through her explanations. […] I felt very comfortable and in good hands with her!
I am not a regular practitioner, and I found her approach very accessible, whatever your level. It is a very gentle type of yoga that, beyond the postures, brings a real physical relaxation of incredible depth.
Before you come
I am not here to heal you. I hold the space, and you do the rest.
This is a practice, and it works the way a practice works. You come, you breathe, you move, you listen. What you find is yours.
My background is in psychology and neuroscience, but here I work as a teacher and facilitator. This practice does not replace psychological or medical care.
I don’t decide what a Gate means for you. I offer the framework, the practices and the space to explore. You give meaning to what comes up.
I share what the practices invite you to explore, without claiming that they heal, treat or cure any condition.
